Request the permanent deletion of your Fortunara Express account
What happens when you delete your account?
- Your profile and personal information (name, email, phone) will be permanently deleted.
- Your order history and all saved preferences will be deleted.
- All your saved delivery addresses will be deleted.
- Your securely stored payment methods will be deleted.
- Your favorite restaurants and discount coupons will be deleted.
- You will not be able to recover your account or associated data after deletion.
Note: Certain transactional data may be retained for up to 5 years to comply with legal and tax obligations under Costa Rican law. This data will be anonymized and will not be linked to your identity.
